岗位职责:

1. Maintain and improve project management procedures to make sure the smooth project operation and all positive results;

2. Set up and improve QA/QC Inspection resource including internal and outside resource, assess competence of the related inspectors’ ability, provide technical support;

3. Project management to ensure the project can be executed in efficiency and in Quality Control;

4. Review inspection reports, take responsibility of quality control for QA/QC projects;

5. Collect and analyze market/industry, competitor and customer information, partially responsible for business development;

6. Develop and introduce new services and solutions in QA/QC line;

7. Handle / solve the complaints coming from clients;

8. Technical training of outsourcing working manpower;

9. Perform other duties assigned by department manager.

任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Boiler & PV, mechanical, engineering, heat energy, material engineering, welding and NDT;

2. At least 5 years’ actual experience in quality department of relating manufacturer, or inspection company with experience of project management or quality control;

3. Good knowledge in the Boiler and/or pressure equipment and/or welding and/or material and/or NDT, familiar with various standards, such as EN and/or ASME and/or GB, CWI or IWE, any education of welding and/or NDT is prime requirement;

4. Experience in fabrication, welding, inspection and testing of industry equipment, such as mining, cement, crane, metallurgical, etc, preferably with a manufacturer;

5. Ability to handle relationship with different clients and suppliers;

6. Good communication skill and team work;

7. Fluently write and speak in English.
