岗位职责:
1. Key Accounts Sales Target Achievement
To develop business with existing and new key accounts through professional sales activities in specific area to achieve the order intake target and key client developing target in the following aspects:
通过专业的销售活动,在现有以及潜在关键客户群体内进行业务拓展,达成客户开发目标:
• Manage regional key accounts according to Business Line’s policy;
根据业务线的发展策略,管理区域内制定关键客户;
• Developing relationship network within key account, especially for middle and high level relationship;
建立关键客户内部关系网络, 尤其是中高层客户关系;
• Digging out the supply chain information of key accounts, sharing to sales team and providing necessary support to sales members in business development;
挖掘关键客户的供应链信息,给销售团队内部其他成员提供销售线索并在必要时提供支持;
• Searching for potential business of key accounts and organize internal resource to meet the technical requirement of customer and win the specific projects;
充分发掘关键客户潜在业务,驱动和协调公司内部相关资源完成目标项目的获取;
• Visit customer independently or organize joint-visit to maintain relationship of different level;
能够独立拜访客户或组织联合拜访进行关键客户不同级别关系维护;
• Prompt respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry;
及时响应并跟进客户需求;
• Keep good billing(invoice) and clients’ payment to meet the requirements of company;
保持良好的帐单(发票)和客户的付款,以满足公司的要求;
2. Sales Operation, Competence and Support
• Attend assigned technical training to improve technical knowledge continuously;
参加技术培训,不断提高技术理解能力;
• Collecting market information including competitors and automotive industry developments;
收集市场信息,包括竞争对手和汽车行业发展动态;
• Finish the sales report or documents required by Business Line;
完成销售报告以及业务线要求的其他报告;
• Attend sales meeting and other meeting assigned by Reporting Manager according to requirement;
参加销售会议以及销售经理指定的其他会议;
• Follow sales operation policy in daily sales activity;
日常销售活动遵循销售操作流程;
• Collecting market information including competitors and automotive industry;
收集市场信息,包括竞争对手和行业信息;
• Support sales in other regions for successful case and experience sharing.
支持其他区域销售进行成功案例和经验分享;
3. Others
• Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager
完成汇报经理指定的其他职责
任职条件:
• Bachelor degree and above
本科及以上学历
• Excellent English oral and written skills
良好的英语口语和书面能力
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills
出色的组织能力和沟通能力
• Customer-oriented and able to work independently
以客户为导向,能够独立工作
• At least 7 years sales or technical sales working experience in automotive industry or third-party technical service industry (automotive area).
至少7 年汽车行业销售,或第三方技术服务公司销售或技术销售(汽车领域)工作经验
• Be able to travel frequently
能够接受较高频率出差
