岗位职责:
1. Quickly respond to all inquiries from phone, email and system during service and after service. Help enhance the customer experience. (15%)
2. Manage any cases related with the daily operation of the e-commerce auditing including the coordination with internal team and external partners. (25%)
3. Knowledge and understanding of all e-commerce auditing business and their service procedures. Help resolve customer’s enquiry or complaints. (5%)
4. Support inspectors/auditors on project documentation and maintenance. (15%)
5. Communicate with the project manager to improve audit progress and report quality. (10%)
6. Complete system sap, mybuy and inspire operations and cooperate with the financial procurement verification work every month (15%)
7. Filing the project related documentation and Support inspectors / auditors in and maintenance (10%)
8.Complete other tasks assigned by the manager like client visit, regular meeting with client etc. (5%)

1. College degree or above
2. Detail oriented, self-motivation, independent, strong team player
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good computer skill: excel & word
5. Good command of English
6. Can be under high pressure
