职位描述

岗位职责:

1.Act and perform according to the Quality Policy (15%);

2.Design test programmer for clients (10%);

3.Keep a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues (5%);

4.Be main coordinator for clients, and organize all the project related team to solve the problems from clients (10%);

5.Hand projects within lead time: Review projects and prepare quotation/checklist (15%);

6.Have a good knowledge for Buyer requirements and manuals & Key account management (10);

7.Ensure the settlement of payment (10%);

8.Handle internal and external complaint (5%);

9.Perform other duties assigned by his/her Supervisor/Group Leader; (5%)

10.Provide technical support to sales staff (5%);

11.Explain non-compliance points to customers (5%).


任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree or above, in the major of Softlines or Chemical;

2. Good communication skill;

3. Good Office software skill, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

4. Good command of reading and written English;

5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit.

6. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure.

7. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions.
