岗位职责:

1. Business (30%)

- Support in definition of product of GMA OA section (Other Area except EU and USA, mainly focus on ASEAN);

- Promote OA regulation services and territorial homologation service under responsibility;

- Develop, maintain and expand our share in the existing clients, especially key account;

- Support Sales team to develop new client in territorial homologation business to achieve the order taking target;

- Develop and collaborate with our external partners to provide high quality service;

- Effectively manage and maintain external resources;

- Maintain relationships with customers especial for KA.

2. Project (50%)

- Leading and managing the project to achieve the order sales & profit target;

- Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager and / or project engineer in the project;

- Lead project as project manager to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;

- Control the quality of project deliverable;

- Coordinate the internal and external resources to delivery the business smoothly;

- Follow the Quality Management Procedure.

3. Competence (15%)

- Share and input information and experience to BU KMS system;

- Experience sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis.

4. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager (5%)

任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive, Electronic or Mechanical engineering;

2. At least have 5 years experience in vehicle global export homologation (except EU and USA; ASEAN preferred);

3. Familiar with the vehicle homologation requirement and process of global market (except EU and USA; ASEAN preferred);

4. Business development and/or project management experience;

5. Have good coordination ability;

6. Good communication skills with clients;

7. CET 6 or above;

8. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;

9. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

10. PMO preferred;

11. Minority language capacity preferred.
