岗位职责:
1.Plan and oversee sustainability marketing initiatives; (20%)
规划并监管可持续发展营销策略
2.Identify sustainability related business opportunities and unique selling propositions; (20%)
识别与可持续发展相关的商机和独到的销售主张
3.Reach sales revenue of sustainability services, including but not limited to carbon footprint and LCA services, water footprint and carbon neutrality services etc.; (30%)
实现可持续发展服务的销售收入,包括但不限于碳足迹和LCA服务、水足迹和碳中和服务等
4.Work closely with BD team and technical team to sell sustainability services; (20%)
与业务拓展团队和技术团队密切合作,销售可持续发展服务
5.Maintain extensive sustainability related knowledge of industries, market trends and competitors; (10%)
保持对行业、市场趋势和竞争对手的可持续发展相关知识与信息的广泛关注
任职条件:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering is preferred, with solid understanding of carbon management area is preferred;
本科学历及以上,具备理工科专业背景,对碳管理领域有深入了解者优先
2.Over 5-year sales experience, with sustainability related background is preferred;
5年以上销售经验,有可持续发展相关背景者优先
3.Strong learning ability when facing new market opportunities and industry knowledge;
对新的市场机遇及行业知识有较强的学习及领悟力
4.Excellent organization and communication skills, mature personality, outstanding interpersonal skills, and analytical ability;
优秀的组织沟通能力,成熟稳重,具备优秀的人际交往能力及分析能力
5.Be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
积极主动,应变能力强
6.Fluent in written and spoken English.
