岗位职责:

1. Lead team to perform project management (customer service, trainer scheduling, projects documentation & archiving, certificate issuing and etc.); (25%)

2. Financial management and external subcon management of projects; (25%)

3. Trainer management and database maintenance in ATM (20%)

4. Trainings for new team members; (10%)

5. Liaise and work closely with other teams to enhance work efficiency; (5%)

6. Maintain customer relationship and enhance customer satisfaction; (10%)

7. Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager / Department Manager; (5%)

任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Experience and Knowledge on project management and SAP;

3. Good understanding and lead team to fulfill working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;

5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

7. Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure
