岗位职责:

Job Responsibilities

1.Set up and implement the laboratory quality management system. (10%)

建立实施实验室质量管理体系。

2.Improve the laboratory operation process continuously, make sure testing is done within required time and improve productivity. (30%)

持续改善实验室操作流程，确保检测按时完成以提高生产力。

3.Review the lab result before releasing to ensure the good quality. (30%)

审查结果，确保检测结果的高质量。

4.Train and built up the efficient team to ensure business growth (10%)

进行人才的培养与储备，建立高效团队以保证业务的增长。

5.Safety management in production and make sure the workplace is clean. (10%)

安全生产，同时确保工作环境整洁。

6.Provide technique support to lab/CS/sales. (5%)

为实验室、客服、销售提供技术支持。

7.Provide the solution for incident. (5%)

为突发事件提供解决方案。

任职条件:

Job Requirements

1.Degree or above Footwear/Leather, Textile or equivalent.

本科及以上，纺织、皮革及相关专业

2.At least 5 years working experience in test laboratories.

5年实验室工作经历

3.Excellent command of English.

良好的英文

4.Familiar with the qualitative and quantitative analysis of wool, cashmere and other special fibers

熟悉羊毛、羊绒等特种纤维的定性定量分析

5.Good knowledge in EU, GB , USA textile product regulatory and testing requirement.

熟悉纺织品欧盟、美洲及国标的法规及测试要求

6.Familiar with laboratory quality management system ISO 17025 and CMA audit.

熟悉实验室质量管理体系ISO 17025及CMA评审工作

7.Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work under pressure.

细心、积极主动、抗压能力强

8.Effective team player with very good communication and interpersonal skills.
