岗位职责:

1. Conduct ASPICE assessments or software quality audits for OEMs and component manufacturers;

2. Provide professional technical advisory and guidance of system and software engineering processes definition and project deployment to customers. Assist in solving problems encountered during process implementation;

3. Review and evaluate customer's R&D processes and technical documentation against process requirements;

4. Assist sales to visit customers and present technical solutions;

5. Assist the automotive software knowledge system building for internal use;

6. Other tasks assigned by manager.

任职条件:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronic, electrical, automation, computer, software domains. At least 8 years of experience in software project development, engineering or software quality management in Automotive industry;

2. Familiar with Automotive system and software engineering process methodology;

3. Knowledge and experience of project management;

4. Familiar with Automotive SPICE or CMM/CMMI; previous software process improvement related experience is preferred;

5. Automotive SPICE Competent Assessor qualification or above is required;

6. Willing to take responsibility, serious working attitude, good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination ability;

7. Good English listening and speaking skills;

8. Able to travel.
