岗位职责:
1. Sales process & Methodology: Effectiveness [35%]
- Sales responsibility scope, interface, process etc identified and defined
- WI and process setup & maintenance.
- KA management guideline
- Sales tools development (portfolio, CRM, report…)
- Sales incentive scheme
- Comprehensive competence enhancement of sales (synergized sales training, global sales team info. transparence…)
2. Specific Key Account Development [50%]
- Responsible to Revenue & P/L of specific Key Account Management and demonstrate a KA Model in BU business operation
- Be the contact window between Division and Regional SAM/KA team
3. Sales & Marketing Planning & Coordination [5%]
4. Other task assigned by BU manager. [10%]
任职条件:
• College degree or above;
• At least 10 years sales management experience in industry and experience in automotive technical service field will be plus
• Proven good sales and KAM record;
• Good communication and sales skill;
• Self-motivated, good team leadership and influence
• Good command of English;
• Willing to travel.
