岗位职责:
1. Project management, ensure the project delivered with high quality;
2. Extend the capabilities and competency based on business needs;
3. Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert’s opinions;
4. Coach / train / supervise the project engineers, test engineers or technicians;
5. Handle/solve the complaints coming from customers; and giving support to Dept. Manager to handle/solve oversea complaint (if applicable);
6. Communicate with key accounts and lead technical meeting with KA managers;
7. Provide technical training & business development as assigned;
8. Perform other duties assigned by Manager.
任职条件:
1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or other related subject;
2. 3- 5 years’ working experience in TIC industry with reliable working performance;
3. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and
instructions;
5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
8. Good command of English (German is preferable);
9. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
