岗位职责:

1. Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement and designing new processes to enhance operational effectiveness. (15%)

2. Automation and Integration: Utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools and MS software to automate and integrate processes, reducing manual tasks and improving data accuracy. (15%)

3. Stakeholder Collaboration and Engagement: Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, align processes with organizational goals, and ensure successful implementation. (35%)

4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring process performance metrics, analyzing trends, and making recommendations for further optimization to continuously improve processes. (20%)

5. Share and Support: Providing training and ongoing support to staff to ensure they are able to effectively utilize new processes and tools, and to address any issues or concerns that arise. (10%)

6. Stay up to date on new technologies and methodologies supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. (5%)

任职条件:

1. Bachelor’s degree in data science, Industrial Engineering, or similar field. Lean Six Signa Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.

数据科学、工业工程或相关专业本科以上学历。精益六西格玛绿带或黑带优先考虑。

2. 5-8 years experience in project management and implementation of operational improvement and/or digitalization projects in multinational corporations.

5-8年跨国公司运营改进和/或数字化项目管理和实施经验。

3. Experience in business process management and business process optimization projects.

有业务流程管理和业务流程优化项目经验。

4. Knowledge of common methods in lean Six Sigma management as well as process, quality and project management.

5. Thorough experience and capability to use MS Power Platform

6. Fluent Mandarin skills (written and spoken) and professional English are a must.

9. Understanding of the TIC market and TÜV SÜD organization and internal procedures is a plus.
