岗位职责:
1. Conduct in-depth market research to understand the latest trends, demands, and challenges in the textile industry globally. (10%)
2. Analyze competitors' activities, services, and pricing strategies to identify areas of opportunity and differentiation for our company. (10%)
3. Identify and target potential clients in the textile sector, including manufacturers, exporters, importers, and retailers. (10%)
4. Develop and implement go-to market strategies to penetrate new clients, industry segments, markets. etc. This includes but is not limited to cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and trade shows, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. (10%)
5. Collaborate with Sales, KA and GST Teams to prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services. (5%)
6. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements and develop new service offerings and solutions (5%)
7. Establish partnerships and alliances with industry associations, trade organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility and credibility. (10%)
8. Identify potential M&A targets and work out related business cases. This includes Laboratories, Startups and any potential related interesting target companies.
9. Set and track sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in cooperation with Sales & KA management for previous defined industry, service or market targets (10%)
10. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback for management review. (10%)
11. Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. (10%)
任职条件:
1. Bachelor’s degree in, international trade, business, marketing or related field. MBA or Chemistry Background is a plus.
2. Solid understanding of the textile industry is preferred. Previous experience in Consulting or Business Development is a plus.
3. Excellent organization and communication skills, mature personality, outstanding interpersonal skills and analytical ability.
4. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
6. Strategic thinking and analytics skills with a data-driven approach.
7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Experience with CRM is a plus.
8. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
