岗位职责:
1. Achieve and exceeds sales targets by offering proper training and customized service solutions and quotations to clients within Academy product scope; (25%)
给知识服务部客户提供合适的培训或定制服务解决方案及报价,以完成或者超额完成销售指标
2. Identifies customer needs, design proper professional and personalize training/consulting service to meet client’s requirement; (10%)
识别客户需求,根据客户要求,与相关话题负责人或讲师定制化相关培训及服务方案
3. Establish harmonious relationship with clients, help clients to complete training/consulting goals; (5%)
与客户建立关系,跟进培训或咨询项目,协助客户完成项目目标
4. Coordinate clients’ payment status and achieve DSO target to meet internal process; (5%)
跟进客户付款状态,达成应收账款回收期目标
5. Maintain existing clients regularly and explore new training/consulting need to achieve sales target; (10%)
维护及发展既有客户关系,培养大客户
Develop new clients through diversity channels to achieve sales target; (35%)
通过不同渠道发展新客户,以达成销售指标
6. Maintain and update potential/current client/trainer/consultant database to summary contact information; (5%)
维护及更新既有客户、讲师、咨询师数据库
7. Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager / Department Manager. (5%)
完成其他部门指派任务
任职条件:
1. Bachleor degree or above;
本科及以上
2. At least 1 year sales/marketing experience, in training/consulting industry as plus;
至少1年销售或市场工作经验,培训或市场行业经验优先
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good strain capacity and strong sales sense;
有良好的沟通及人际关系技巧,抗压力强,销售意识强
4. Good computer skill, especially MS Office;

5. Fluency in English and Mandarin;
中英文流利
6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
勤奋、内驱力强、有团队合作精神
7. Can work proactively, independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
主动性强、独立性强、效率高,有抗压能力
8. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required
