岗位职责:
• Assist all sections of BL in quotation/contract phase, e.g., quotation/contract prepare, bidding document prepare, approval support and initiate in system if any, opportunity input and management in CRM (50%)
• Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Document and communicate changes related to the projects to all relevant parties, if any. (20%)
• Documents prepare support, e.g. company document, statement, other requests by clients or relevant colleagues (20%)
• Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager (10%)
