职位描述

岗位职责:

1. Maintain the customer and project database (10%);

2. Master the usage of different systems such as PSE, SAP, CBW, etc. to deal with the project opening, certificate

issuing and related work (10%)

3. Follow up projects, contact with clients to issue the pre-payment notice (10%);

4. Coordinate projects among sales, engineers and customers during the whole process to ensure factory inspection to complete smoothly (15%);

5. Contact and ensure clients to pay in time.(15%)

6. Deal with the payments for suppliers (10%);

7. Provide timely feedback to the company on customer perceptions of the company (10%);

8. Consistently behavior a professional image to the customers (10%);

9. Other work assigned by Manager. (10%)


任职条件:

1. College degree or above;

2. Good command of English;

3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;

5. Customer service experiences is preferred;

6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

8. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

9. Good computer skill;

10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
