岗位职责:

1. Be responsible for assigned projects according to internal and external requirements, standards and regulations, complete or review within lead time; 40%

2. Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points and providing the expert’s opinions; 20%

3. Coordinate between project members; supervise and follow-up projects; 10%

4. Coach / train / supervise the project engineers, test engineers or technicians; 10%

5. Perform factory inspection; 10%

6. Share, exchange experience / standards / technical information with other colleagues; 5%

7. Perform other duties assigned by section manager,5 %

任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in Mechanical or other related subject;

2. At least 5 years working experience in test field with reliable working performance;

3. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;

4. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

7. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

8. Good computer skill;

9. Good command of English;

10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
