岗位职责:
1. Develop the IS business in accordance with the strategy defined for the IS:CPI,IS:GES,IS:ENS, it includes: promote TUV SUD’s service, identify target customers, negotiate and win projects, grow the business (both revenue and profit), customer service during delivery of service;
2. Develop the PMC business in accordance with the strategy defined for the IS:CPI , it includes: promote TUV SUD’s service, identify target customers, negotiate and win projects, grow the business (both revenue and profit), customer service during delivery of service
3. Analyze PMC Services market needs, customers' expectations and competition, it includes: to secure business opportunities and prepare expansion of our service scope;
4. Monitor competition from the following perspectives, it includes: emergence of new competitors (their strengths, weaknesses), new services offered by existing competitors, the expansion of competitors such as alliances, joint ventures, partnerships, new offices;
5. Setting up project engineers’ team and working process with guideline on IS:CPI,IS:GES,IS:ENS manager;
6. Achieve the sales targets defined by the IS:CPI Manager.
任职条件:
1. BS Degree in a related field, such as Material engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, etc;
2. Well knowing about the PMC services market, at lease three years working experience of business development, sales or project management in the chemical and/or Oil&Gas/or power industries.
3. Strong interpersonal skills: persuasion, communication, leadership, ability to navigate in complex organizational environments;
4. Self motivated, be able to work in a self-directed manner;
5. Good command of English in speaking, reading, writing, translation.
