岗位职责:

1. Manage and provide proper strategy on Digitalization project from initiation to closure (0-1_. eg: PMO phase. (5%)

2. Be responsible for the Digitalization Demand Collection resulting in Concept iteration with colleagues & vendor & IT department e.g. frame blueprint and recognize priority based on internal requirement. (20%)

3. Be responsible for the Digitalization Progress Impel (subproject/module) e.g. project management phase, draft demand specification, cooperation with supplier, coordinate internal process, follow up during deployment and project acceptance etc. (20%)

4. Be responsible for Relationship Management (internal & external collaboration), e.g. within BU and with supporting department as well as external vendor etc. (10%)

5. Support on the Training Responsibility for digital tools in BU, e.g. new employee on job training, training for new function or tool etc. (10%)

6. Support on the Maintenance Responsibility for digital tools in BU, e.g. super user in BU, new demand collection and iteration, lead utilization proposal deployment. (10%)

7. Participating in quality control of deliverables (10%)

8. Ensuring the integrity of the project (10%)

9. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager and / or BU Manager. (5%)

任职条件:

1. Bachelor's degree with CET 6 or above, IT major or experience is preferred.

2. At least 3 years related working experience, independent project experience is preferred.

3. Familiar to low code development platforms, with experience of Power Platform (Power automate /Power BI /Power apps, etc) is preferred.

4. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

5. Objective-oriented and result-driven mindset

6. Proficient MS office, excel, PPT skill, data analysis is a must.

7. Careful, patient, reliable working behavior and with strong teamwork mind.

8. Good communication & presentation skills.

9. Strong learning ability and able to work under pressure.
