岗位职责:
1. Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities to reach assigned target, such as (not limited);---40%
a. KA management
b. Search for potential customer;
c. Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;
d. Respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry;
e. Visit / meet customer and introduce company’s services;
f. Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;
g. Prepare and confirm contract with customer;
2. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;--20%
3. Serve main customers and keep good cooperation with them;--10%
4. Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities;--10%
5. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress—10%
6. Perform other duties assigned by Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager;--10%
任职条件:
1. College degree or above;
2. Sales / marketing experience in industry field such as Electric or Electronics, Automation, Mechanic and etc.;
3. Proven good sales record;
4. Good communication and sales skill;
5. Good customer management skill;
6. Aggressive and self-motivated;
7. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
8. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
9. Good command of English;
10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
