Sales Specialist (PS:IDP)/销售主任(工业产品部)

职位描述

岗位职责:

1. Develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities, such as (not limited) (30%)

a. Search for potential customers;

b. Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network;

c. Respond to and follow up customers’ inquiry;

d. Visit/meet customers and introduce company’s services;

e. Negotiate price and prepare proposal according to internal pricing system;

f. Prepare and confirm contract, payments with customers

2. Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and reach assigned target. ;(20%)

3. Conduct customers management to maintain business relationship, increase brand service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers; (10%)

4. Serve main/key customers and keep good cooperation with them;(10%)

5. Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities; (10%)

6. As assigned, coordinate between customers and internal groups on project start; payment and progress; (10%)

7. Perform other duties assigned by Manager;(10%)


任职条件:

1. Min. bachelor's degree or above

2. At least 3 year working experience in the field related to industry machinery or products

3. Familiar with industrial machinery/products and familiar with the industry and customers in China mainland.

4. Proven sales record and/or sales performance

5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit

6. Good communication and sales skills;

7. Good command of English;

8. Good project management skills;

9. Willing to travel.
