岗位职责:
1. Deliver customer services by acting as a coordinator and manage to communicate with internal and external clients 20%
2. Handle projects for retail and domestic clients, enquiries, review and manage the client orders till invoicing 20%
3. Verify and update the record in the database system in timely manner 20%
4. Support project handlers on project documentation and maintenance; collect reports, certificates and further documents from suppliers 20%
5. Ensuring compliance with the requirements defined in Global System Procedures and Local Procedures 10%
6. Handle ad hoc projects, perform other duties assigned by Manager 10%
任职条件:
1. College degree or above;
2. Detail oriented, self-motivation, independent, strong team player;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Good computer skill;
5. Good command of English.
