岗位职责:

1. Project Management:

• Formulate comprehensive test plans, considering technical requirements and resource availability.

• Monitor testing progress, proactively identifying and resolving any issues.

• Facilitate regular project status meetings to keep stakeholders informed.

2. ESS Battery Testing and Certification Projects:

• Lead testing and certification initiatives for energy storage batteries.

• Develop and execute test plans in alignment with industry standards.

• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project deadlines.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

• Provide high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Foster positive and effective communication with clients.

• Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Collaboration and Support:

• Maintain positive communication within the internal team.

• Actively support sales staff by providing technical insights.

任职条件:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronics, automation, mechatronics, automotive engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in certification fields of the renewable energies sector.

3. Familiarity with technologies like batteries / energy storage system / electromobility will be valuable.

4. Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).

5. Proficiency in English.

6. Diligence, self-motivation, and a strong sense of teamwork.

7. Willingness to embrace new challenges.

8. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
