岗位职责:

1. Monitor and interpret Hardlines related regulations and chemical test standards to ensure knowledge update, and organize training as necessary to distribute the updated information timely; 15%

2. Leading the team through good performance management to achieve the annual plan, including subordinate, work assignment, reasonable backup planning, process optimization and performance improvement; 20%

3. Provide technical support on answering technical inquiries, explaining technical points and providing expert opinions externally and internally and keep BU’s professional image; 15%

4. Give technical interpretation and technically confirmation on chemical test items in daily operation work; 10%

5. Summarize the technical findings, Q&A, or other information regularly through knowledge database management and share with other relevant colleagues to improve the department’s overall technical competence; 10%

6. Arranging protocols, regulatory updates and quotation proposals for internal and external customers; 10%

7. Organize technical training / seminar for staff or customers to clarify technical understanding; 10%

8. Studying availability for implementation for new services in the laboratory; 5%

9. Perform other duties assigned by line manager. 5%

任职条件:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry or related discipline;

2. Good knowledge of Hardlines related regulatory system and chemical testing standards, including Toy and Children Products, Food Contact Material, REACH, POPs, etc.

3. At least 5 years’ working experience in the third-party companies, chemical technical support or related positions;

4. Preferably with 2 years or more management experience;

5. Good written and spoken English, CET-6 or equivalent certificate;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skill. Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit;

7. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

8. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip (less than 5%) as required.
