岗位职责:

1. Ensure the smooth operation for central certification body related and not limited to office assessment, witness audit, certification personnel’s competence build-up and relevant certification decision process (20%)

2. Follow up development and change of certification procedure / requirements, and communicate within department (10%);

3. Responsible for EAC code expansion for internal/external auditors, supporting of auditors recruiting (10%);

4. Support certification personnel and sales in technical issues (10%);

5. Support Report Manager and Department Manager in terms of business planning and development (10%);

6. Monitor audit quality and due diligence (10%);

7. Perform management system audits according to standard requirements, regulatory requirements, internal requirements and code of conduct (10%);

8. Conduct training / seminar / experience exchanging (10%);

9. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager & Department Manager (10%).

任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. Minimum 5 years working experience relating to Management Systems in industrial organizations;

3. Experience and knowledge as ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / OHSMS related management systems and monitoring auditor qualification was preferred;

4. CCAA Registered auditor;

5. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

9. Good people management skill;

10. Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
