岗位职责:
1. Assist in the entire process from project initiation to delivery, including system information entry (customer number, amount, planned cost, etc.), project document management, etc. Regularly maintain the project information system, update personnel allocation, progress and attachments, and solve system problems. (20%)
2. Assist in related project work according to project/operation requirements, track and feedback the important issues at each stage of the project to ensure that the issues are resolved. Oversee administrative and project management tasks, including process tracking, resource coordination, and execution supervision. Track the project progress and resource matching to ensure that the actual progress deviates from the plan. Strengthen project risk assessment and promote the initial acceptance pass rate. Supervise that the project cost does not exceed the plan and avoid the risk of resource overruns. (30%)
3. Assist the project operation in communicating and coordinating with departments, customers and suppliers. Manage documentation, approval workflows, and data organization to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. (20%)
4. Financial and compliance control. Cost and bill management. Handle the travel expenses of project members and remittances from suppliers, verify the income information of customers. Assist the finance department in solving project-related issues to ensure compliance in order verification, invoicing and collection. (20%)
5. Perform other duties assigned by department leader. (10%)
任职条件:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in administrative management, project management is preferred.
2. 1-2 years of project management or administrative support experience. Cross-departmental collaboration experience is preferred. (Outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.)
3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions.
4. Proficient in process management and data analysis (Excel/PPT).
5. Possess strong communication and coordination skills and be capable of efficiently promoting cross-departmental cooperation.
6. Meticulous and rigorous, with an error rate control and a problem resolution.
7. Good command of English.
