岗位职责:
A. Project Management (Control Part) – 70%
1. KA Support-Optimize KA project procedure and monitor whole project life cycle with key points; 20%
2. Process Management-Coordinate with stakeholders to align information and promote the timely delivery, especially for KA/Polit projects; 10%
3. Resource Management- Resource collaboration & coordination, in accordance with regionalization and specialization;10%
4. Risk Management- Identify & assess risks and formulate response strategies; 20%
5. Cost Control-Project cost control including project bias analysis, report to related parties & take positive measures; 5%
6. Vendor Management-Vendor monitor including project payment verification according to sub-contracts. 5%
B.Project Management (Support Part) – 30%
1. Meeting Management-Establish an appropriate communication mechanism under a standard SOP procedure (related to projects & BLs); 5%
2. Knowledge Management- Establish and refine a database including working templates, working instruction, monthly report, etc.; 5%
3. Digitalization-Fully understand the business scenarios, analyze the working process, support to shape the digital concept with team based on the business strategy; 10%
4. Periodically review and improve the process with efficiency oriented and quality-based approach; 5%
5. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager and / or BL Manager. 5%
任职条件:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. 3-5 years of working experience in Project Management or project whole life-cycle monitoring;
3. Proficient MS office, excel, PPT skill, data analysis is a must;
4. Hosted or participated in the construction of digital projects, SAP experience is preferred;
5. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure;
7. Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills;
8. Objective-oriented and result-driven mindset;
9. Certification of PMP is a plus.
