岗位职责:
1. Sales Target Achievement [60%]
销售目标达成[70%]
To develop business with existing and new customers through professional sales activities to achieve the order taking target and key client developing target in the following aspects:
通过专业的销售活动,拓展现有客户和新客户的业务,实现以下几个方面的录单目标和大客户开发目标:
• Develop SAIC Group supply chain strategy business relationship deeply and dig out potential business opportunity for homologation and autonomous driving access in East Area;
深度开发上汽集团汽车供应链战略合作关系,拓展在国际市场合规准入和自动驾驶准入业务方面的业务;
• Drive and coordinate internal resources to achieve customer cooperation project acquisition;
推动和协调内部资源,实现客户合作项目的获取;
• Based on the KA customer strategy, develop systematic solutions for supply chain, and maintain close communication with the client's senior management.
基于KA客户战略,形成供应链相关的系统解决方案,与客户高层保持紧密沟通。
• Collecting market information including competitors and automotive industry developments;
收集包括竞争对手和汽车行业发展在内的市场信息;
2. Sales Development [25%]
销售发展[25%]
• Organize market activities to support business development and TÜV SÜD brand image promotion
组织市场活动以支持业务发展和TÜV SÜD品牌形象提升
• Support SAIC KA team for competence enhancement and career development;
支持上汽KA小组提升能力和职业发展。
3. Sales Operation and Support [10%]
销售运营与支持[10%]
• Follow sales operation policy in daily sales activity;
在日常销售活动中遵循销售运营政策;
• Attend sales meeting or other meeting assigned by Reporting Manager according to requirement;
根据要求参加销售会议或其他由汇报经理安排的会议;
• Finish the sales report or documents required by Business Line.
完成业务线要求的销售报告或文件。
4. Others [5%]
其他[5%]
• Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager
完成报告经理分配的其他任务
任职条件:
• Bachelor degree or above
本科或本科以上学历
• Excellent learning skill ,organizational skills and communication skills
具备优秀的学习能力,谈判能力和沟通能力
• At least 8 years KA OEM sales management working experience
至少8年以上在KA 主机厂相关的销售经验
• Homologation business or automotive functional safety or cyber security experience will be a plus.
有汽车合规认证、功能安全或网络安全经验者优先。
• Good English oral and written skills
良好的英语口语和书面能力
