岗位职责:

1. Lead Exploration and Development: Identify digital transformation demand based on deep understanding of BU business mode and operation structure. Explore ways to improve existing process and develop new ideas or tools orientated digitalization; (20%)

2. Drive Strategic Impact and Value Creation: Analyze business trends, conduct business analysis and facilitate workshops to refine BU's key challenges/problems. Prioritize demands/ideas for innovation that drive digital transformation and keep adding value to business; (20%)

3. Shape BU Digital Transformation Concept: Design thinking methodologies in collaboration with internal IT/business stakeholders and external partners to frame BU digitalization blueprint with consideration of global synergy and regional differentiation; (30%)

4. Execute specific digital project /module: Be responsible for CAPEX planning and lead the execution of POCs, coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery; (20%)

5. Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager and / or BU Manager. (10%)

任职条件:

1. Bachelor's degree with CET 6 or above, IT major or experience is preferred;

2. At least 5 years of experience in technology solutions analysis and experiences of digital project implementation;

3. Familiar to low code development platforms, with experience of Power Platform (Power automate /Power BI /Power apps, OA/Slim system etc) is preferred;

4. Innovation, objective-oriented and result-driven mindset;

5. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese (Mandarin);

6. Proficient MS office, excel, PPT skill, data analysis is a must;

7. Careful, patient, reliable working behavior and with strong teamwork mind;

8. Good communication & presentation skills;

9. Strong learning ability and able to work under pressure.
