岗位职责:
1. Customer order entry, management and delivery (10%);
2. Maintain the customer and project database (10%);
3. Follow up projects (10%);
4. Master the usage of different systems such as PSE, SAP, CBW, etc. (15%);
5. Coordinate projects among sales, engineers and customers during the whole process (15%);
6. Deal with the payments for suppliers (10%);
7. Provide timely feedback to the company on customer perceptions of the company (10%);
8. Consistently behavior a professional image to the customers (10%);
9. Highlight major Customer Service issues in a timely manner to Manager and work with Customer
Service team to resolve the issues promptly (5%);
10.Administration work for department. (5%)

4. Customer service experiences is preferred;

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
8. Good computer skill;
9. Good command of English;
10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
