岗位职责:
1. Act and perform according to the Quality Policy; (5%)
遵循质量管理方针;
2. Organize and control project flow within the Product Line or Service Team, from beginning (after quotation) to the end (test report/certification) in cooperating with project manager; (30%)
从开始(报价回签开始)到项目结束(报告/证书), 在产品线或服务部门内, 配合项目经理组织和管控项目进度;
3. Communicate with customers and informing customer proactively about project flow and develop sales activities by maintaining relationship with customers; (10%)
同客户沟通, 积极告知客户项目进度,并开展维护客户关系的销售活动;
4. Support project team member in their project work and daily work; (10%)
为项目组处理项目和日常工作提供支持;
5. Answer all customers (internal and external) inquiry regarding project status and other inquiry; (30%)
回应所有客户(外部和内部)关于项目进度和其他方面的询问;
6. Develop general and technical knowledge by actively participating in training, discussion and meetings; (1%)
通过积极参加培训, 讨论和会议来扩展一般和技术性知识;
7. Inform supervisor if any problems incur making it not possible to reach the target as set out in the job description or performance planning;(10%)
发现任何可能阻碍达到工作描述或绩效计划中规定目标的问题时, 及时通知主管;
8. Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities and challenges while maintain a positive attitude. (4%)

任职条件:
1. College degree or above;
大专学历及以上;
2. Technical background of electrical engineering is preferred;
有电器工程技术背景者优先;
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills;
良好的组织和沟通技巧;
5. Customer-oriented and able to work independently;
以客户为导向, 能独立工作;
6. Self-motivated, determined working ethos and have a mind-set of team work;
积极上进,责任心强, 良好的团队意识;
7. Fluent in written and oral English & Chinese.
中英文书面和口头表达流利。
