岗位职责:
1.Develop business with existing customers through professional sales activities, such as (not limited); (30%)
a.Respond to and follow up customer’s enquiry;
b.Meet customer and introduce company’s services;
c.Prepare quotation according to internal pricing system;
d.Prepare and confirm contract with customer;
e.Serve the assigned customers and keep good cooperation with them
2.Ensure to provide the exact sales support data;(20%)
3.As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress;(20%)
4.Contribute personal efforts to team’s sales plan and reach assigned target;(10%)
5.Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers;(10%)
6.Support marketing on collecting information and promotion activities;(5%)
7.Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager / Department Manager;(5%)
任职条件:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.At least 1 year assistant sales /marketing experience;
3.Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
4.Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
5.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7.Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure;
8.Good computer skill;
9.Good command of English;
10.Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
