岗位职责:
1. Lead KA CS Team daily operation and organize CS activities of hardline and toy products; 30%
2. Providing KA CS team monthly report. Assess the error and delay rate measurement and implement the
continuous improvement; 15%
3. Keep good relationship with clients and expand the business opportunities;10%
4. Coordinate with other departments / groups to keep good internal cooperation;10%
5. Coordinate with lab and reporting team to assure the project finished within turnaround time;10%
6. Provide training for team member. Set KPI for members and set up back-up system; 5%
7. Support for department sales /KA team activity; 5%
8. Assist Section Manager and QA dealing with customer complain; 5%
9. Assist Section Manager to lead the project regarding process optimization, efficiency, automation and etc; 5%
10. Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager/BU Manager.5%
任职条件:
1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical or Chemical is preferable;
2. At least 5 years experience in customer service, 2+ years experience as team leader;
3. Good team management skills;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
6. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
7. Good computer skill;
8. Good command of English;
9. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
10. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
11. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
