岗位职责:
1. Coordinate Hefei office administration work as follow but not limited: (30%)
- Greet guests and handle incoming calls and pass around messages to business lines;
- Purchase stationery and other materials via P@tsy -Coordinate express management for supporting local office;
- Coordinate and maintain office facilities such as telephone, printer, projector, and other office supplies;
- Handle overhead including office rental fee, property management fee, telephone and internet fee;
- Keep office environment cleaning, security, enough plant and etc.;
2. Assist area manager on maintaining and developing local public relations; (20%)
3. Coordinate the activities among the office and support area manager in daily work; (20%)
4. Local support for office daily operation cost statics and reimbursement management; (10%)
5. Local support for marketing activities from business lines; (10%)
6. Perform other duties assigned by Area Manager. (10%)
任职条件:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 5 years working experience in related job;
3. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
6. Good command of Computer, such as Microsoft Office;
7. Good command of English.
