岗位职责:

1. Review microbial test request including sterility & bioburden test, and prepare test protocol accordingly; 20%

2. Follow test protocol and product specification to perform test in lab within required timeline; 30%

3. Check raw data and test record to ensure final report on accuracy and traceability; 10%

4. Test knowledge and experience exchange with other colleagues on microbial testing; 10%

5. Support daily lab activity management on microbial test team. 5%

6. Conduct test failure analysis and follow up with customer for technical solution. 5%

7. Maintain good performance of test device, equipment and facility 5%

8. Ensure test activities to comply with ISO 17025, GLP and internal quality requirements. 5%

9. Participate in new test method developing and lab test capability extension 5%

10. Conduct other work assigned by direct report such as lab accreditation and on-site audit. 5%

任职条件:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in biology / microbiology/biochemistry or equivalent

2. Knowledge of relevant international standards especially ISO 11737 series;

3. Knowledge of lab ISO 17025 and OECD GLP principles is a plus;

4. Above 5 years working experiences of microbial testing and equipment operating.

5. Good communication skill;

6. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

7. Respect and safeguard company's image, reputation and benefit;

8. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

9. Good computer skill; Good command of English can be better.
