岗位职责:
II. Job Responsibilities
1. Act and perform according to the Quality Policy (10%);
2. Track sample arrival and follow up communication with customers (15%);
3. Instruct testing procedure to customers and answer common query from customers (15%);
4. Keep a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues (10%);
5. Handle projects within lead time (30%);
6. Ensure the settlement of payment (10%);
7. Perform other duties assigned by his/her Supervisor/Group Leader (10%);

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Good organizational and communication skills;
3. Customer-oriented and able to work independently;
4. Self-motivated, determined working ethos and have a mind-set of team work;
5. Fluent in written and oral English & Chinese;
6. Patient and willing work under pressure.
