岗位职责:

1.Global, strategic and professional management of the heads of operational units in the business line TRN

2.Implementation and Execution of strategy 2025 with regional managers

3.Responsible for innovation and product development in the business line

4.Identify business and market trends as well as opportunities for targets

5.Collaborate with the relevant business units, Service Line Heads and strategic partners in driving new projects and businesses (i.e. project

negotiation, project realization and new facilities setup)

6. Worldwide P&L responsibility for the business line as well as financial planning in cooperation with the regions worldwide

7.Resource allocation globally, identification and implementation of flexibility measures relating to staff / infrastructure.

8.Technical responsibility for production, production processes and quality in the business line

9.Continuous identification and implementation of improvement, cost saving and EVA enhancement measures

10.Strategic marketing and sales of business field products worldwide to contribute to business growth targets

11.Coordination of big and cross regional tenders

任职条件:

1.Leadership experience at global level, with multi-disciplinary teams and in a matrix-structured environment

2.Comprehensive knowledge of the industry with regard to technical development, market size etc.

3.In-depth product / project experience in the respective industry segments.

4.Bachelor's degree in any discipline

5.Fluent English skills
