岗位职责:

1. HR Business Partnership (40%)

a. Partner with business leaders to implement their business strategies

b. Understand business objectives, communicate to HR team and leverage all necessary resources to provide HR total solutions

c. Partner with business leaders and facilitate the organization development

d. Assist business leaders in performance management

e. Apply total rewards framework and implement various global and regional programs to develop, reward and retain talents

f. lead the handling of employee relationship cases with support from hub HR operation team and assist in the handling of compliance cases

2. Management of Hub Talent Acquisition Operation (40%)

a. Flawlessly implement TA policies and guidelines in Hub

b. Collaborate and coordinate with different HR stakeholders to ensure Hub TA operation as the platform to add value to business

c. Engage team member and build cohesive and high performing team culture

d. Lead and manage TA team to fulfil KPIs about open positions fulfilment, lead time, etc.

e. Develop new and innovative staffing channels and talents sources

f. Enhance team capabilities of active sourcing

g. Lead and manage campus recruitment

h. Implement employer branding activities

3. Hub HR Administration (15%)

a. Develop and manage HR administrative policies and guidelines in Central Hub with support from other HR peers

b. Execute HR administrative policies and guidelines in Central Hub

c. Act as focal point for cross-functional initiatives, policies and guidelines

4. Ad hoc duties assigned by Superior (5%)

任职条件:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. Minimum 10-year experience in human resources in international company;

3. Minimum 8 years in managerial position, at least 5 years as HR generalist or HRBP

7. Strong communications and interpersonal skills

8. Hands-on management approach with necessary empowerment of team member
