职位描述

岗位职责:

1. Department administration; (meeting arrangement, notice, record, filing, absent register, mail samples, FI scheduling, test instrument maintenance and calibration, statistics and file in etc.) 15%

2. Be responsible for operation of the system for product certificates, both main certification and co-license; 15%

3. Entry, manage and deliver customer order in system and maintain the customer and project database; 15%

4. Maintain the certificate cancellation and updating information; 15%

5. Coordinate projects among sales, engineers and customers, maintain good relationship or network during the

whole process and provide timely feedback to the supervisor on customer perceptions of the company; 20%

6. Perform other duties assigned by manager. 20%


任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 3 years working experience in electrical or other related field; previous experience in TIC is preferred;

3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;

4. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;

5. Customer service experiences is preferred;

6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

8. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;

9. Good computer skill;

10. Good command of English.
