岗位职责:

1. Handle general inquiry & complaint from clients & other department's colleague;

处理客户及其他部门同事的一般性咨询和投诉；

2. Manage and control projects and assure the test arranged correctly and reports issued timely;

管理和控制项目，确保测试安排正确，报告及时发布；

3. Maintain client and improve client retention rate;

维护客户，提高客户保留率；

4. Prepare checklist & Generate test reports;

准备测试清单和生成测试报告；

5. Coordinate the projects with inorganic lab and organic lab;

与化学实验室合作协调项目紧张；

6. Performs ad-hoc assignment as required;

部门领导安排的其他工作任务；

7. Improve personal capability.

持续提升个人能力。

任职条件:

1. College or Bachelor Degree holder;

大专及本科以上学历；

2. Two years relative working experience in third-party chemical lab;

2年第三方化学实验工作经验；

3. Be familiar with related regulations/ directives/ standards/ methods.(main for Regulation on toys);

熟悉相关法规/指令/标准/方法。(主要适用于玩具法规)；

4. Good understanding in quality and workflow in chemical laboratories;

了解化学实验室的质量和工作流程；

5. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese;

流利的中英文书面和口头表达能力；

6. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work。
