岗位职责:
1. Support the QMR in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality management system in accordance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 17020 standards
2. Assist in ensuring that all TIC services comply with regulatory requirements and meet the highest quality standards
3. Assist in monitoring and analyzing quality performance data to identify areas for improvement and support in developing and implementing appropriate corrective actions
4. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements
5. Participate in external audits and regulatory inspections
6. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management system requirements and best practices
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that quality objectives are met
8. Keep up-to-date with changes in ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 17020 standards and regulatory requirements, and assist in ensuring that our quality management system remains compliant
9. Any other duties related to the Quality Management System assigned by the reporting manager.
任职条件:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as quality management, engineering, or a relevant scientific discipline
2. At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the TIC industry
3. Strong knowledge of ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 17020 standards and their application in the TIC industry
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
5. Experience in conducting internal audits and participating in external audits and regulatory inspections
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
9. Background of industry product or relevant product testing will add value
10. Fluent in English and Chinese language (German is a plus)
