岗位职责:

1.负责搭建电子电器质检实验室团队，负责质检人员的技能培训，提升质检人员的能力；(25%)

Set up the E&E quality inspection laboratory team, responsible for the skill training of staff and improve their ability; (25%)

2.负责电子电器质检实验室的质量管理，确保质检结果满足公司质量体系的相关要求；(25%)

Responsible for the quality management of E&E quality inspection laboratory to ensure that the results meet the relevant requirements of the company's quality system; (25%)

3.负责实验室人员的工作分配，以及质检人员的日常调度安排和绩效考核。(20%)

Responsible for the work allocation of laboratory personnel, as well as the daily scheduling and performance assessment of staff. (20%).

4.按照客户要求不断优化电子电器产品质检标准和流程，不断提高客户满意度；(20%)

Continuously optimize the quality inspection standards and processes, according to customer requirements, and continuously improve customer satisfaction; (20%).

5.其它主管领导安排的任务(10%)

Other tasks assigned by supervisors (10%)

任职条件:

1.大专或以上学历，电子或者电气类专业

College or above degree, major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.

2.电子或者电气行业五年以上工作经验

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Electrical and Electronic industry

3.熟练使用中文和英语

Advanced in English and Chinese.

4.良好的人际交往能力，项目管理能力，表达能力和计算机技能

Good interpersonal skills, project management skills, presentation skills and computer skills.

5.自我激励，能在压力下独立判断和工作

Self-motivated, can make judgment and work independently under pressure.
