岗位职责:

1. Business [10%]

Promote TÜV SÜD Academy services under responsibility

• Regularly maintain, develop and expand our share in the existing clients;

• Support Sales team to develop new client in training and consulting business to achieve the order taking target;

• Identify and maintain the external trainers as our business partner;

• Collect and deliver the market information of competitors, new service, share etc;

• Collaborate with colleagues in other department and TÜV SÜD IC companies to promote the service

2. Project & Product[75%]

• Leading and managing the project team to achieve order sales & profit target;

• Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project technical manager and / or trainer in the project

• Lead project as project manager to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;

• Collaborate with other consultants and trainers as project expert in project;

• Develop or localize new products with internal and external resources

• Develop business plan and maintain product in a proactive way

3. Competence [10%]

• Develop and extend the local competence and scope to achieve the net sales target

• Communicate with experts in other TUEV SUED IC company to extend the knowledge;

• Experience organizing and sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis;

• Setup & maintain the working procedure / instruction under the BL’s plan and assignment;

4 Others [5%]

• Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager

任职条件:

• Bachelor or master degree in QM or automotive related field;

• At least 5 years training, consulting project management experience in manufacture related services;

• Powerful analytical and Strategic thinking ability;

• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English;

• Strong self-study ability; teamwork attitude;

• Healthy and fit for frequent business travels in China.
