岗位职责:

1. Plan audits of suppliers and facilities based on risk assessment

2. Conduct on-site and remote audits against recognized standards (e.g., SMETA (Sedex), amfori BSCI, RBA, SA8000, company-specific codes of conduct).

3. Prepare the audit report on time and in good quality based on internal SOP.

4. Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective actions through follow-up audits and document reviews.

5. Perform other’s assignment as required by Section Manager.

任职条件:

1. University graduate with major in engineering/Environment Engineering or related disciplines；

2. Over one year working experience with well-known on CSR audit；

3.Experience in BSCI audit/SA8000/factory audit/supplier assessment with strong knowledge of Labor law/SA8000/EMS/QMS/ is preferable; Have amfori BSCI certificate is an advantage；

4. Knowledge on SA8000 requirement and related subjects；

5. Good presentation and report writing skills；

6. Fluent in written and spoken of English and Chinese；

7. Good communication skill and interaction with client and team members.
