岗位职责:
• Lead and arrange activities or meetings in BU, e.g. management meeting, EoE or marketing/internal activities (seminar, annual party, team building or outing, etc ), including agenda, schedule, proposal, budget, documentation, meeting minute or press release for comprehensive process. (30%)
• Management and monitoring role on site, e.g. as host for internal meeting and overall control the progress of the meeting to ensure a smooth meeting. Meanwhile strong collaboration with internal or external stakeholders or vendors to prevent any incidents raise up or solving them with satisfaction. (30%)
• Coordination, including discussion or communication with internal colleagues or vendors/suppliers with resulted mindset. (10%)
• Summary and improvement, after each activity or meeting, summarize both good and weak points with improvement report to keep continuous progress. (10%)
• Process Management, be responsible for working instruction or flowchart as process owner with efficiency oriented and quality-based target and act as monitoring role to periodically review and improve the process. (10%)
• Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager and / or SL Manager (10%)
任职条件:
• College degree or above, at least 5 years working experience in activity & meeting arrangement with ADM related would be a preference.
• CET 6 or above with fluence Oral & Written English
• Familiar with office, e.g. Word, Excel, PPT with excellent logic
• Excellent planning and organizing ability with good communication skills
• Careful, with strong responsibility and team collaboration mind
• Strong execution and stress resistance
