职位描述

岗位职责:

1. Organize sales activities and achieve sales targets of CR ENE sales team of central region (40%):

a. Allocate working assignment and business target to Sales.

b. Provide support and training to Sales.

c. Improve sales efficiency and evaluate sales performance periodically.

d. Increase customer satisfaction.

e. Follow up incoming order and overdue payment control.

f. Develop agencies with good credit as long-term partner, and reject bad ones;

2. Monitor competition from the following perspectives (20%):

a. Emergence of new competitors.

b. New services offered by existing competitors.

c. Geographical expansion of competition through joint venues, partnerships, new offices opening.

3. People Manager Responsibilities(40%):

a. Analyze market needs, customers’ expectations, and general business climate;

b. Coordinate exhibition activity with marketing colleagues;

c. Work with other department’s Engineer Manager of Sales Manager to develop cross selling;

d. Reports to the regional sales manager, such as sales performance, target, business plan, recent market development, key account management, new testing capabilities, and etc.;


任职条件:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. At least 5 years sales experience, certification field experience will be preferable;

3. Proven sales record;

4. Strong marketing orientation and presentation skills;

5. Good management skills;

6. Diligence, self-motivation and strong teamwork spirit;

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

8. Able to work under pressure and independently;

9. Fluent written and spoken English;

10. Job involves travelling to customers’ and manufacturers’ locations and to sister companies / headquarter withing TÜV SÜD Group;
