岗位职责:

The trainer will work in a global project team, and with end users from seven major regions, covering time-zone from UCT+8 to UCT-5. Flexibility in the working hour is required.

任职条件:

1. The Trainer is part of a dynamic, internationally distributed MosaiQ team covering several different implementations and roll-out workstreams across regions.

2. The Trainer will create training programs to address upskilling and knowledge transfer tasks for new global feature under the MosaiQ program.

3. The Trainer will identify training needs by evaluating new features and/or evaluating new features being brought online by the technical implementation work stream.

4. The trainer will jointly work on an annual training strategy with other project team members, e.g., Project Manager, Process Owner, Business Expert, Application Roll-out Manager.

5. The Trainer will work within the team on classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals, which can be used for global training exercises.

6. The Trainer will prepare and execute training courses in line with roll out plans and local needs.

7. The trainer will convert the existing and newly developed training material into the digital form to enable the modular and self-serviced training approach via digital training platform (e.g., Moodle, Success Factor etc.)

8. The trainer will also support the digital training platform administration (e.g., new customer on-boarding and new course publishing) and feature development in the long run.

1. Mandatory

a. Successfully completed technical or business-oriented studies (e.g., computer science, business informatics) or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience

b. Several years of experience as a trainer in a process and IT focused environment

c. Knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles

d. Ability to master a training cycle, being able to take local lessons learned to a global scale.

e. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques

f. Ability to absorb, understand and present complex information to a variety of audiences.

g. Experience with international / global collaboration, in distributed virtual teams and in the working with external partners.

h. Fluent in English in writing and speaking.

i. Willingness to travel locally and globally.

j. Ability to work in a team, with strong communication skills, confident appearance, high social competence, awareness of cultural differences.

k. Willingness to adapt working style and time to the requirements of a global implementation program.

2. Optional

a. Working experience with the TIC industry is highly desirable but not a must.

b. Experience with on-line training platform’s admiration is a bonus.
