岗位职责:

1. Execute the strategy & concept of Quality, Process & Compliance in Mobility Segments.

2. Execute daily Quality Control via norms/process/methodology (eg: spot check) within BU QC frame into daily operation.

3. Assist QC team to update/optimize Quality Control (Norms, Process, Authorization) in MO and ensuring continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of Quality Control (Norms, Process, Authorization), as well as continuous improvement of the QC.

4. Monitor the implementation of Quality Control, ensuring that the QC is effectively implemented by MO staff and regularly reporting status to MO Management.

5. Work with AS TS to plan and manage TS activity in GCN

6. Working with QMR GCN to achieve internal audits affecting MO units.

7. Work with MO team to assist and achieve external audits affecting MO units

8. Working in collaboration with national & international regulatory / notified bodies, type approval authorities and technical service..

9. Providing training to staff on QC and updates/optimize of Norms & Process and promoting awareness of customer requirements.

10. Any other duties related to the Quality Control assigned by the BU & MO Management.

任职条件:

1. Bachelor's Degree; (or at least 5 years' experience in quality management as equivalence).

2. At least 2 years' experience in quality management.

3. Familiar with quality management standards ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 17065.

4. Experience in technologies and regulations in the Automotive Industry like Homologation.

5. Fluent in English and Chinese language (German is a plus).

6. Has received training / certification on quality management methodology.

7. Good organizational skills and communication skills

8. Ability to work independently.

9. Proficient in use of MS office software.
