职位描述

岗位职责:

1. Sales Target Achievement [65%]

To develop business by team management through professional sales activities to achieve the sales team target in the following aspects:

• Leading sales team to analysis customer and market;

• Develop key OEM overseas market (mainly like Geely or Leapmotor and related suppliers) and maintain High level business relationship deeply and dig out potential business opportunity for homologation ,find supply chain business model in KA Team.

• Developing potential customer and promote TÜV SÜD’s service to potential customer.

• Visit customer independently to maintain business relationships and dig out potential business opportunity;

• Manage key accounts according to Business Line’s policy.

• Developing new business such as Ads sustainability ;

• Prepare agreement and one-stop overseas compliance solution for customer.

• Keep good billing(invoice) and clients’ payment to meet the requirements of company.

2. Sales Team Development [20%]

• Organize market activities to support business development and TÜV SÜD brand image promotion;

• Support other sales specialist for competence enhancement and career development in Zhejiang Area;

• Attend assigned technical training to improve technical knowledge continuously;

3. Sales Operation and Support [10%]

• Follow sales operation policy in daily sales activity;

• Collecting market information including competitors and automotive industry.

• Support sales in other regions for successful case and experience sharing.

• Attend sales meeting or other meeting assigned by Reporting Manager according to requirement.

• Finish the sales report or documents required by Business Line.

4. Others [5%]

• Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager


任职条件:

1. Colleague degree and above.

2. Excellent English oral and written skills.

3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

4. Customer-oriented and able to work independently.

5. At least 10 years of sales or technical sales working experience and 3 years above of team management in automotive EE, OEM(work at Geely or Leap motor)) autonomous driving industry.

6. Homologation business or automotive functional safety or cyber security experience will be a plus.

7. Be able to travel frequently.
