岗位职责:

1. Handle general inquiry & complaint from clients & other department’s colleague;

2. Assist to achieve team’s sales target;

3. Maintain client and improve client retention rate;

4. Manage and control projects and assure the test arranged correctly and reports issued timely;

5. Prepare checklist & Generate test reports;

6. Coordinate the projects with inorganic lab and organic lab;

7. Performs ad-hoc assignment as required;

8. Provide technical support to team and sales colleague;

9. Improve personal capacity.

任职条件:

1. College or Bachelor Degree holder;

2. At least three years relative working experience in third-party chemical lab;

3. Excellent client management and Good negotiation skills;

4. Be familiar with related regulations/ directives/ standards/ methods. (main for Regulation on Food contact materials, such as EU, LFGB, DGCCRF, FDA, etc);

5. Be familiar with testing requirement of other products types such as Toys product and food contact materials as well would be an advantage;

6. Good understanding in quality and work flow in chemical laboratories;

7. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese;

8. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work.
